Supplier Registry
The Supplier Registry is the master reference list of all suppliers across the value chain: Tier 1 manufacturers, Tier 2 material producers, Tier 3 raw-material processors, Tier 4 raw-material producers, and packaging producers.
All other modules (Material Library, Product Library, CCF Manufacturing) reference suppliers through the supplier code defined here. Import the Supplier Registry before any other area.
Import behavior: persistent — existing records are retained after each new import. New rows are added; existing rows are updated.
FAQ​
What happens to existing supplier records when I re-import?
Existing data persists. A new import adds new suppliers and updates existing ones — it does not delete.
Can I change column order or titles?
No. The column order and layout are fixed. Changing them will prevent the file from importing.
How do I update multiple suppliers at once?
Export the current records via the Export file button, edit the rows, then re-upload.
How does the supplier code work?
You can assign a code manually or let the platform generate one automatically per new supplier string.
